About Elaine

Elaine Gruenke is founder and creative director at Green Key Design, located just north of San Francisco, in bucolic Marin County, California.

Elaine strives to help her clients bring out the very best in their businesses and brands through exceptional design. She uses the principles of design thinking to inform her design process, and is committed to honest, timely and clear communication.

Past and present clients include Adobe Systems, Morgan Stanley, Peachpit Press, Title Nine, The Mill Valley Public Library, and The Bern Schwartz Family Foundation.

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art/Semiotics from Brown University, and a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.

When she’s not working, Elaine enjoys drawing knights, dragons, castles and more with her inspired eight year old!
